In this episode, I talk to Whitney Whitmore, co-founder of Lily of the Valley Catholic Ministry, about the way she has used her experience of loss to help other women.

Whitney experienced the death of her son, Colin, following a life-limiting diagnosis, and her experience brought her into the Catholic faith and introduced her to the Blessed Mother.  She also drew close to St. Gianna Molla, who is the patron Saint of her ministry.  Together with another mother who received a diagnosis of Down Syndrome for her daughter in utero, they formed Lily of the Valley to offer prayer and support for mothers who experience difficult pregnancies or loss.
